The essentials in one place
The Care Card presents selected information from a participant’s profile, such as allergies, medication information, communication needs and key contacts. The care team enters this information; Neume does not clinically verify it.
Share deliberately
An authorised group member can create an expiring link. The recipient can open the summary in a browser without a Neume account. Anyone holding a valid link may be able to view it, so share it only with the intended recipient.
Keep control of the link
Care Card links can expire or be revoked. The card is a selected summary, not open access to the whole care group. Certain categories of sensitive information are excluded.
Understand its limits
The Care Card does not replace clinical records, medical advice or emergency services. It depends on the information entered by the care team and on the service being available. Always use the appropriate channels for urgent or clinical concerns.
