Neume began with Alex’s experience of his grandmother Carol’s care. She was surrounded by people who cared deeply. But what one person knew, the next person often didn’t.

A change in the plan. Something she had mentioned on Tuesday. A preference that made her day more comfortable. Details lived in conversations, memory and separate notes.

A shared place for the everyday things.

Neume is being built to help participants, families and support workers stay connected around the person. A place for the plan, the handover and the small details that help people understand one another.

We’re preparing for early access in Australia. There’s still work to do, and we want the product to earn its place in everyday care.
